We are seeking a skilled Windows 365 (W365) Support Engineer to manage and support our Cloud PC environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless user experience, resolving technical issues, and maintaining a secure and efficient Cloud PC infrastructure across the organization.

  • Provision and configure Windows 365 Cloud PCs for end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to W365 performance, connectivity, and access.
  • Manage Intune device policies, Azure AD Join settings, and compliance baselines for Cloud PCs.
  • Monitor Cloud PC health, patching, and system updates.
  • Work closely with internal teams and Microsoft support to resolve escalated issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support guides.
  • Ensure user onboarding/offboarding processes include Cloud PC assignment and de-provisioning.

Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet operational needs.


Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 5 year(s) of total IT experience is required.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Endpoint Manager.
  • Understanding of Windows Autopilot provisioning and Cloud PC lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, and basic security principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Cloud PC connectivity, authentication, and policy issues.
  • PowerShell scripting for basic automation is a plus.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
