Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing dynamic service in identifying and solving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations of business applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system problems.
- Implement solutions to enhance system performance.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Document and maintain system configurations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service desk operations.
- Experience in incident management and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Service Desk Voice Support.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
