Job Description

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Qualifications

Experienced in Exchange Online, M365 technology, O365 technology, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Power Shell scripting and good understanding of Service Now tool, Power platform understanding. Microsoft 365 This role is a SharePoint Engineer on the SharePoint Engineering & Design team. The role will assist in maintaining and supporting our SharePoint Online environment. Key responsibilities include: Supporting daily operations and administration of SharePoint Online Running reports against our SPO tenant to gather site collection data Monitoring and addressing user issues and support tickets Collaborating on new feature deployment and testing Maintaining documentation for configurations and processes Assisting with user permissions and access management Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
