Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Your typical day will involve using exceptional communication skills to keep world-class systems running smoothly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide accurate definition of client issues.
- Interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge.
- Maintain ongoing client interface.
- Ensure quality and smooth operation of systems.
- Offer exceptional communication skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging, Microsoft SharePoint Administration, Microsoft Power Apps
- Strong understanding of system and application support.
- Experience in troubleshooting client issues.
- Ability to interpret and design resolutions based on product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
