Program/Project Management Representativ

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success. - Develop and maintain project plans and schedules. - Monitor project progress and report on key metrics. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control - Strong understanding of project management principles. - Knowledge of project control tools and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
