Job Description

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Qualifications

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the implementation of new strategies for program/project success - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets - Monitor and report on project progress and performance Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control - Strong understanding of project management methodologies - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services - This position is based at our Manila office Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
