Software Development Engineer

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for various applications. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure optimal performance. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in developing and implementing software solutions. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Manila office.
