Job Description

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Qualifications

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensuring operational stability. Your typical day will involve creating and implementing Requests for Change (RFC) and updating knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues. - Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot infrastructure monitoring systems. - Document and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions. - Assist in the implementation of new monitoring tools and technologies. - Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Japanese Language - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring principles and tools. - Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience in working with monitoring systems such as Nagios or Zabbix. - Ability to analyze and interpret monitoring data to identify trends and issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
