Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Summary:
As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage, and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead data governance initiatives to ensure compliance with data policies.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct data audits and assessments to identify data quality issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Knowledgeable on Collibra Edge, Marketplace, Workflow, Connecting/integration to different data sources
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Experience in implementing data governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of data quality management and data stewardship.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
