Program/Project Management Representativ

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service-level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage stakeholder relationships effectively. - Develop and maintain project plans. - Ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Monitor project progress and report on status. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in the Japanese Language - Strong understanding of project management principles. - Experience in implementing service management best practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret project data effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based in Manila or can be in Cebu.
