Software Development Engineer

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working with WorkForce Software Time and Attendance, performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work to ensure the smooth functioning of the software. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design, develop, and test software components using WorkForce Software Time and Attendance. - Perform maintenance and enhancements on existing software applications. - Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the smooth functioning of the software. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in WorkForce Software Time and Attendance. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in analyzing, designing, coding, and testing software components. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging software issues. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in WorkForce Software Time and Attendance. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
