Program/Project Management Representativ

Summary: As an Infrastructure Service Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure timely delivery of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. - Monitor and control service level agreements to meet business and technology outcomes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables. - Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze and interpret project data to identify trends and insights. - Proficiency in using project management tools and software. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
