The work:

  • Persons assigned to the role of service owner participate in the SLM Practice by:

    • Ensuring that the ongoing service delivery and support meet agreed customer requirements

    • Ensuring consistent and appropriate communication with customer(s) for service-related enquiries

    and issues

    • Providing input in service attributes such as performance and availability

    • Participating in external service review meetings (with the business)

    • Soliciting required data, statistics and reports for analysis and to facilitate effective service

    monitoring and performance

    • Participating in negotiating SLAs and OLAs relating to the service

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
  • Professional & Technical Skills:
    - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
    - Strong understanding of technology project delivery.
    - Experience in managing large, complex technology projects.
    - Proficiency in project management frameworks.
    - Experience in driving profitability and managing service quality and cost.
    - Experience in supporting sales through innovative solutions.
    - Experience in delivering projects on time and within budget.
    - Experience in collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
    - Experience in leading delivery teams.

    Additional Information:
    - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
    - This position is based in Manila.
