Job Description

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Qualifications

Provide DB2 OS 390 DBA support for corporate database application systems and projects Work with team members to perform product upgrades application upgrade design development of applications databases and ongoing production support of DB2 application database systems Independent worker minimal direction required In depth knowledge on DB2 is required to develop and maintain the various application databases Experience working with BMC or equivalent DB2 administration tools is required Application Business analysis to develop database designs logical physical models Close working relationships with application teams and users in the design development tuning and problem resolution of database services Provide training and assistance to application support teams in the usage of the database system and related software products Strong communications and technical experience required Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
