Quality Engineer (Tester)

Summary: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategy and automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. - Create automation strategy and automated scripts. - Support data and environment configuration. - Participate in code reviews. - Monitor and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. - Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enable full stack solutions. - Integrate ecosystems to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and practices. - Experience in creating and executing test cases and test scripts. - Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience in performing security, API, and regression testing. - Familiarity with data and environment configuration. - Ability to participate in code reviews and identify defects. - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. - Experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. - Proficiency in healthcare management (Additional Good To Have Skill). Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
