Job Description

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with UKG Dimensions, analyzing business needs, and developing solutions to enhance business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications using UKG Dimensions. - Analyze business needs and develop solutions to enhance business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful application implementation. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in UKG Dimensions. - Strong understanding of business processes and application requirements. - Experience in application design, development, and configuration. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Experience with integration tools and technologies. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in UKG Dimensions. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
