Application Developer

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development, collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions that enhance business processes and improve user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with the team to design and develop applications based on business requirements. - Configure and customize Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online to meet specific application needs. - Implement and maintain SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and customizations. - Perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and quality. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint applications. - Stay updated with the latest SharePoint Online development trends and best practices. - Assist in documenting application design, development, and deployment processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and development concepts. - Experience in developing SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx). - Knowledge of SharePoint Designer and SharePoint REST API. - Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. - Experience in integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services. - Understanding of information architecture and content management in SharePoint. - Knowledge of SharePoint security and permissions management. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint application issues. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
