Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing dynamic support and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical, ensuring smooth functioning of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Ensure smooth functioning of critical business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong understanding of application support principles and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based in Manila.
