Summary:
As a Service Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. Your typical day will involve coordinating projects, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring high levels of commitment to enable strategic agenda.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.
- Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda.
- Manage and oversee the service management team.
- Ensure adherence to service management processes and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Customer Interaction Management.
- Strong understanding of service management principles and practices.
- Experience in leading service management initiatives.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based in Manila.
