As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic support and ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise network operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Act as software detectives, identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Provide dynamic support to ensure the smooth operation of enterprise network operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and training purposes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
