Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support and troubleshooting for infrastructure monitoring, ensuring the smooth operation of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Provide support and troubleshooting for infrastructure monitoring. - Ensure the smooth operation of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Document and maintain system configurations and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring. - Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
