Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Act as software detectives, identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Provide dynamic support to ensure the smooth functioning of the systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement. - Document and maintain technical documentation for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Google Cloud Network Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Interconnect, Google Cloud Domain Name System (DNS), Firewall Architecture. - Strong understanding of network services and protocols. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network issues. - Knowledge of cloud computing principles and technologies. - Familiarity with virtualization technologies and concepts. - Ability to analyze and interpret network traffic data. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Google Cloud Network Services. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
