Security Delivery Lead Manager

Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve leveraging our global delivery capability to ensure successful project execution and providing expertise in Microsoft Active Directory.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects.
- Leverage our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets) to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide expertise in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality security solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Experience in implementing and managing security solutions.
- Knowledge of identity and access management concepts.
- Experience with security incident response and management.
- Experience in conducting security assessments and audits.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
