Business Process Architect

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. Your typical day will involve partnering with the business to define product requirements, conducting user and task analysis, and representing business needs to meet process and functional requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation for implementation. - Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases. - Conduct user and task analysis to represent business needs. - Ensure process and functional requirements are met. - Experience in evaluating business requirements in upstream planning and architecting solution options to best fit or extend the capabilities of the Kinaxis Rapid Response with incumbent process and tooling needs, piloting solutions and leading design review sessions with stakeholders. - Later continue to functionally lead SI efforts to implement and productionize the solution. - Key expectation will be the hands-on ability to evaluate Kinaxis and extendible solutioning and guiding PoC pilot efforts involving Kinaxis platform. - A basic understanding of the data center or similar capital industry planning will be highly preferred. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
