Summary:
As an Infrastructure Service Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.
- Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing and delivering IT infrastructure services.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
- Knowledge of service level agreement (SLA) management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based in Manila.
- A Must have 8 years of ITIL experience. ITIL certification is a Must.
