Summary: As a Program Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of business operations and processes. - Experience in managing complex projects and programs. - Proficiency in Business Process Design. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
