The work:

  • As a Service Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. Your typical day will involve coordinating projects, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring high levels of commitment to enable the strategic agenda.

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
    - Responsible for team decisions.
    - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
    - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
    - Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.
    - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination.
    - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda.
    - Manage and oversee the service management team.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • (SAMPLE): Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.

  • Professional & Technical Skills:
    - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
    - Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices.
    - Experience in customer interaction management.
    - Experience in managing and overseeing service management teams.
    - Experience in coordinating projects and contract management.

    Additional Information:
    - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
    - This position is based in Manila.
