Solution Architecture Manager

Summary:
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using your in-depth knowledge of Solution Planning Costing & Pricing. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions that underpin the client value proposition and business case.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Develop innovative solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions.
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions.
- Ensure the client value proposition and business case are supported by the solution.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Ensure the successful implementation of the solution.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the solution.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the solution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution planning, costing, and pricing processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in developing and delivering complex solutions.
- Knowledge of pricing models and strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret client requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
-The candidate should have at least 8 to 12 years of experience in Solution Planning, Costing, and Pricing, along with 5 years of managerial experience  
- This position is based in Manila.
