Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Program Control Services to ensure successful project delivery and achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure successful delivery of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. - Utilize standard tools, methodologies, and processes to monitor and control service level agreements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. - Provide expertise in Program Control Services to support project delivery. - Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in delivering business and technology outcomes. - Proficiency in utilizing standard tools and processes for project monitoring and control. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based in Cebu. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
