Job Description

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Qualtrics Core XM, analyzing business needs, and developing solutions to enhance user experience and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Analyze business needs and develop solutions to enhance user experience and drive business growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful application implementation. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in application development. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and deployment processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Qualtrics Core XM. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Medallia Product Experience. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing user-friendly interfaces and applications. - Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug application issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Qualtrics Core XM. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
