The work: Summary: As an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Team lead, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, implementing technology at the operating system-level, and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. - Implement technology at the operating system-level. - Ensure the smooth operation of various platforms and services. - Perform L1 and L2 troubleshooting for basic and intermediate level issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture. - Creation of IAM user/group Policies, - Managing of DRG Routing, Security List, NSG, Internet Gateway - Instance Creation/management, Baremetal server replacement and decommission, Lifecycle. - Managing Storage on Block volume, Object storage - Managing DB Systems - Strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management. - Experience in providing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems. - Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting. - Familiarity with operating system-level implementation and configuration. - Ability to collaborate and manage teams effectively. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture. - This position is based in Manila.
