Job Description

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on functional test planning and ensuring the quality of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure the quality of applications through functional test planning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes. - Design and develop applications based on business requirements. - Configure applications to meet specific needs and ensure smooth functionality. - Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Strong understanding of application development principles and methodologies. - Experience with programming languages and frameworks used in application development. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Experience with version control systems and continuous integration tools. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication and collaboration abilities. - Fluent in the locale targeted (Mandarin) for testing as well as English for internal communication and filing bugs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
