Job Description

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with WorkForce Software Time and Attendance, ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and meeting the needs of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications according to business process and application requirements. - Ensure the smooth functioning of applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in WorkForce Software Time and Attendance. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using WorkForce Software Time and Attendance. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in WorkForce Software Time and Attendance. - This position is based in Manila. - A Workforce Software Time and Attendance L1 education is required. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
