The work:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, implementing technology at the operating system-level, and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud server, network and other "as-a-Service" areas including IaaS & PaaS.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an AWS Dynamo DB and /or Azure Cosmos DB SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AWS Dynamo DB and /or Azure Cosmos DB issues as well as Cloud infrastructure / platform issues.
• Implement technology at the operating system-level.
• Ensure the smooth operation of AWS Dynamo DB and /or Azure Cosmos DB systems
• Provide L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
• Assist in configuring services running on various platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest technology and security trends and advancements.

 Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• (At least 2-3 years’ of experience in administering and maintaining IT infrastructure (on-premises and virtualized environments)
• Required Skills: Expert proficiency in AWS &/or Azure Administration
• Required Skills: AWS Dynamo DB and /or Azure Cosmos DB support experience
• Required: AWS Cloud / Azure Cloud Certification
• Required Skills: Experience with Windows &/or Linux Server support.
• Experience in Cloud Configuration and Design
• Experience in App DB management and DevOps support and configuration  is a plus
• Strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration.
• Familiarity with network protocols and security.
• Ability to work with various software solutions/vendors/brands.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• This position is based in Manila
