Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and providing support for Java Enterprise Edition applications, ensuring their smooth functioning and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Java Enterprise Edition applications, ensuring their smooth functioning and resolving any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Analyze and debug complex software problems, utilizing your expertise in Java Enterprise Edition to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles, to assist in issue resolution and knowledge sharing. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java Enterprise Edition and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for improved application support and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. - Experience with debugging and analyzing complex software problems. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of providing effective application support. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
