You will also develop predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. - Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. - Implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies to significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of testing strategies and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in test automation and quality engineering, integrating innovative approaches for continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Test Management. - Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. - Experience in implementing test automation strategies and methodologies. - Solid grasp of innovative testing products and solutions. - Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 7 years of experience in Test Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions. - This position is based in Manila.
