Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage assigned programs, projects, or contracted services to ensure successful delivery of business and technology outcomes. - Utilize standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Additional Must To Have Skills: None - Additional Good To Have Skills: Software Quality Management - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing programs, projects, or contracted services. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze and solve complex problems. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 2 years of experience in Program Project Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Program Project Management or a related field. - This position is based in Manila.
