Job Description

The resource will be responsible for proactive system monitoring, end-to-end incident management, service management, problem management, and implementing continuous improvement activities. The resource will execute daily health checks to ensure production system is always up and running. High priority should be investigated immediately, and the complete details of the analysis should be logged in the ticketing tool. The resource will be responsible for incidents, from detection until resolution implementation in all environments. If support from other teams or vendors are needed, the resource will take charge of the coordination. Resource will be responsible for executing post-deployment sanity checks. In case of Severity 1 issues, resource is expected to escalate to his/her leads and proactively inform the management team. Resource is expected to provide on-call support for Severity 1 issues during off-business hours and weekends. Resource will be responsible in addressing tickets within the agreed deadline.

Qualifications

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: High proficiency in Aveva OSISoft PI
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices related to Aveva OSI Soft PI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and provide technical solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience is required
