As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing dynamic services to identify and solve issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Analyze system logs and identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application support.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Android Application Development
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese Language
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering
- Strong understanding of mobile application development principles.
- Experience in debugging and resolving application issues.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Android Application Development.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
