Program/Project Management Lead

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the successful delivery of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Define and manage metrics to measure program/project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Utilize predictive analytics to identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program/project success, fostering effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Service Management Governance. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Metrics Definition and Management, Program Project Management, Metrics and Predictive Analytics. - Strong understanding of program/project management methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience in defining and managing metrics to measure program/project performance. - Proven ability to utilize predictive analytics to identify risks and opportunities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 5 years of experience in Service Management Governance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in program/project management or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. - This position is based in Manila.
