Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Google Cloud Vertex AI Infrastructure and Python programming language to support and maintain the application and cloud infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the application and cloud infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and diagnose complex problems, utilizing your expertise in Google Cloud Vertex AI Infrastructure. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring effective resolution of issues and timely response to inquiries. - Develop and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles, to enhance support processes and facilitate efficient issue resolution. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Google Cloud Vertex AI Infrastructure and other relevant technologies, applying innovative approaches to improve system performance and stability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Google Cloud Vertex AI Infrastructure. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python programming language. - Strong understanding of application and cloud infrastructure support principles and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex business systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to end-users. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Vertex AI Infrastructure. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering or a related field, along with a proven track record of providing effective application and cloud support. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
