Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft SQL Server, analyzing data, and developing applications to support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Analyze data and develop applications to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure application functionality.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application performance and stability.
- Document application design, development, and testing processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application development practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese. at least JLPT N3
- Strong understanding of database design and development principles.
- Experience in developing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
- This position is based in Manila.
