SAP Basis and  HANA DB Administration
- Handles issues, requests, and changes to SAP and non-SAP systems in compliance to agreed SLA.
- Handle Severity 1/2 issues in terms of technical and communication to Functional & Applications Teams.
- Acts as Level 1 and 2 Support for HANA Administration
- Handles Monthly and/or Quarterly System Refresh of QA and Staging systems
- Performance tuning of SAP systems that may be based on OSS Notes, EWA, and AIG&SAP best practices.
- System Landscape Configurations and Operations
- Risk and Impact Analysis, Planning, and Execution of SAP Kernel Upgrades, SAP OSS Notes, SAP Add-Ons and Support Packages, and the like.
- Capacity Management to ensure that systems can accommodate workload especially on critical periods (year-end, quarter-end).
- Coordinates with Functional and Application Owners particularly on explaining the nature of maintenance activities and during occurrence of Sev 1/2 issues.
- Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions and has the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Basis Administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of SAP systems and resolving any issues that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Basis Administration solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP systems and resolve any issues that arise. - Provide technical support for SAP Basis Administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures for SAP Basis Administration. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Basis Administration, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of SAP Basis Administration concepts, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Experience with SAP system upgrades, installations, and migrations. - Solid grasp of SAP security concepts, including user administration, role administration, and authorization management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP Basis Administration solutions. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
