Test Automation Engineer

Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation. - Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Identify and report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues. - Continuously improve the automation framework and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Additional Must To Have Skills: None - Additional Good To Have Skills: Health Insurance Operations, Agile Team Practices - Experience in designing and developing automated test scripts. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. - Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 1 year of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based in Manila.
