Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve conducting research, gathering and synthesizing information, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct business requirements analysis to identify customer requirements and define the future state and/or business solution. - Assess the current state of the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the business solution meets customer requirements. - Utilize Agile team practices to ensure timely delivery of the business solution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Additional Must To Have Skills: None - Additional Good To Have Skills: Agile Team Practices. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in conducting research, gathering and synthesizing information. - Ability to assess the current state of the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Business Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
