Job Description

Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Qualifications

Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA) for either end-to-end or a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity in Manila. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and configuration of software systems using Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA) for either end-to-end or a specific stage of the product lifecycle. - Apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software systems. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure the successful delivery of software systems. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development and Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA) to integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools. - Experience in leading the development and configuration of software systems using Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Solid grasp of the latest advancements in software development and Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). Additional Information: - The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in software development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
