Job Description
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Qualifications
Summary:
Provide language translation support services across technology programs and projects using strong verbal and written communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement team to provide technical support to clients.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to technical problems.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions to clients and internal teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Native/Expert proficiency in Japanese.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should be native in Japanese.
- This position is based in Manila.
- Shift: 6AM-4PM
- RTO: Hybrid - 2x a week
