Analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience.

Qualifications

Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve working on User Interface (UI) Design, conducting user research, and creating wireframes and prototypes to improve the user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences, and translate them into design solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business requirements. - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to design solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. - Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. - Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-centered design solutions. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
