Job Description:
• Respond to customer support queries, logged via our on-line customer portal support system and by telephone.
• Take ownership of support issues and managing them through to closure
• Research issues, implement fixes & document case resolution
• Elicit requirements and create functional design document
• Perform functional testing
Summary:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and providing functional expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide functional expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional.
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of business processes and functional requirements gathering.
- Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects.
- This position is based in Manila.
