Application Lead

Job Description • Respond to customer support queries, logged via our on-line customer portal support system and by telephone. • Take ownership of support issues and managing them through to closure • Research issues, implement fixes & document case resolution • Should have knowledge on Visual Studio and in .NET development • Should have knowledge on Microsoft LCS framework and Azure Devops • Participate in the management of the ERP system life-cycle, driving development, integration and unit testing for minor and maintenance releases • Create and refine Technical design document • Create estimate for change requests --- Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality solutions and acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the application. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
